Nancy Campbell, Florida State, brings strategic insight and dedication to her second term as Vice President. Nancy has taken on numerous Kappa roles that have shaped her into a thoughtful and visionary leader. As Vice President, she looks beyond the present, guiding Kappa toward a thriving and sustainable future.

Nancy is passionate about alumna engagement as she advocates for greater recognition of the meaningful connections that alumnae create, whether through alumnae associations or informal gatherings. Nancy’s goal is to ensure that alumnae feel valued and connected to the Fraternity.

Professionally, Nancy is a senior professional systems engineer, where she affects change with minimal disruption. She resides in Hermitage, Tennessee, and is the president of the True South Rugby Union.

Jessica Coffield, UC Riverside, brings a deep commitment to her role as Vice President. Previously, she excelled as the Standards Director, where she guided chapters and members with a fair and principled approach, always keeping the best interests of the Fraternity at heart. Jessica’s many roles in Kappa have shaped her into the leader she is today. She values communication and transparency, believing open dialogue is key to building trust and achieving shared goals.

Professionally, Jessica is an attorney, a role that complements her volunteer work by providing her with a strong foundation in ethics, analysis, and strategic thinking.

In addition to her dedication to Kappa, Jessica is actively involved in her local community in Sacramento, California, where she resides. When she’s not volunteering or practicing law, she enjoys exploring the vibrant cultural scene of her city and spending time with her family and friends.

Sam Fetcho, Illinois Wesleyan, is a dedicated member of Kappa Kappa Gamma, currently serving as Vice President. Over her lifelong commitment to Kappa, Sam has volunteered at the local, regional, and international levels, embodying the spirit of Kappa in many roles. Previously, she served on Fraternity Council as Director of Standards. Sam has also dedicated her time as a Ritual and History Specialist, where her passion for the history and traditions of Kappa shined brightly. As District Director, she worked to enhance member engagement.

Sam’s career as a pediatric critical care transport nurse honed her problem-solving, teamwork, and collaboration skills, which she applies to her volunteer work. Sam deftly leads teams through complex challenges and is known for her relentless pursuit of building trust and relationships within Kappa, as she believes every member’s voice deserves to be heard.

Outside of her service to Kappa, Sam is a superfan of the Olympics. Her dedication to the games took her to Paris in 2024, marking her fourth trip to the Olympics.

Barb Goettelman, Syracuse, brings extensive nonprofit and volunteer experience to her second term as Vice President. Known for strategic thinking, leadership, and exceptional communication skills, Barb has made significant contributions to the Fraternity. She received the Loyalty Award at Kappa’s 74th Biennial Convention.

Barb’s ability to see the big picture and navigate complex challenges has been instrumental in guiding the Fraternity’s strategic initiatives. She brings together diverse perspectives to create robust, forward-thinking strategies. Barb is committed to ensuring that collegiate and alumna members feel valued and supported, contributing her time, talents, and energy to these critical strategic priorities.

Many organizations are lucky to have Barb as a volunteer leader, including PEO International, Daughters of the American Revolution, and National Charity League Inc. She resides in Englewood, Colorado, with her husband, Scott, where she continues to dedicate her skills and passion to the betterment of the Fraternity and the broader community.

Kyle Donnelly, UC Riverside, is serving her second term as Fraternity Treasurer, a role that allows her to leverage nearly two decades of volunteer experience with Kappa and a strong professional background in accounting. With a career spanning almost 40 years in finance, Kyle has been "speaking finance" fluently, offering comprehensive accounting services to her clients. Her deep understanding of financial management has been a significant asset to Kappa, where she continues to guide the Fraternity’s financial strategy with precision and care.

Kyle is committed to fostering financial stability and transparency within the organization, ensuring that the organization remains strong and vibrant for future generations.

Kyle resides in Northbrook, Illinois. Traveling and spending time with family and friends are her two current passions, and she is always looking for Kappa connections along the way.

Kari Kittrell Poole (Miami University) has worked for Kappa Kappa Gamma since 2005 and served as Executive Director since 2009. During her tenure, she has worked with Fraternity Council members to launch new member education initiatives, re-organize the volunteer structure, and move Kappa Kappa Gamma Headquarters to Dublin, Ohio. A member of Alpha Phi, Kari received the Ursa Major award in 2012, which recognizes an alumna’s outstanding success in her chosen field. Kari and her family reside in Columbus, Ohio.
